Large bronze marker affixed to a granite stone in the shape of a rustic tomb. A large bronze eagle is mounted on top of the stone.
The marker is located near the entrance to Cedar Hill, off Airport Road.
Marker text reads:
This Memorial Erected by the People of Hanover Township In Honor Of The Heroic Sons And Daughters Who Served With High Patriotism and Loyal Devotion In the Great World War 1917-1919
