Marker is located on the north side of the Waterfront Trail green space in Belleville's southeast area. The marker recognizes 75 years of Rotary International in Belleville. The occasion was further recognized by the planting of the trees along the north edge of the green space stretching east and west from the marker.

The Rotary Club of Belleville celebrated its 75th Anniversary on April 1, 1995. In honour of this occasion the Rotary Club of Belleville committed to the City of Belleville Parks & Recreation Department, a treescape along Keegan Parkway. this symbolizes the efforts of the Rotary Club of Belleville over the past 75 years while having a vision for our future while respecting our environment.
