Classicist building of Podebrady Roman catholic Deanery (Dekanství) belongs among several interesting and protected historic buidings in old town centre.
The Deanery in Podebrady is located in Palacký Street opposite the Church of the Elevation of the Holy Cross. The two-storey building with a Classicist facade was adapted from the burger house for the needs of the Deanery office in the 18th century. The entrance to the building is decorated, similarly as the entrance to the church, by the coat of arms the Podebrady provostship by the sculptor Bohuslav Schnirch. The Deanery is a Czech unmovable cultural monument since 1958.
