After performing a storefront musical concert to raise money for a dress, Kara Gentry runs into her swap partner Jessie Wilkins and her mother (played by Bo Derek). Yes, that's Bo Derek at the center of the photo.
They are standing on the west side of the Oklahoma Sports Museum on Oklahoma Ave. in downtown Guthrie.
Christmas in the Heartland stars Shelley Long, Christian Kane, Bo Derek, Joe Don Rooney, and Christopher Rich. Brighton Sharbino and Sierra McCormick star as the two girls who switch places during the Christmas holiday as they meet some of their family members for the first time.
Most of the movie was filmed in Guthrie.
