[EN] The curve of the building and the strong horizontal lines are characteristic of Streamline Moderne. In the 1930s, the increase in the number of passengers on the Moulineaux line made it necessary to build a new station in Puteaux. A first attempt made by the architect André Ventre in 1936 was never executed.
But an architect of the SNCF railroad company later took the design, and simplified and modernized it and the station was completed in 1956.
