This Stone and metal arch spans the roadway of a fairly large cemetery located at the intersection of West 327th Street and Osawatomie Road north of Osawatomie, Kansas.

This fairly large cemetery is located at the intersection of West 327th Street and Osawatomie Road. The cemetery is fairly recent as the oldest headstone I saw was from the 50's. The cemetery is 20.5 acres and contains 5,000 burials in eight sections - each accessed by a gravel road. The cemetery entrance is marked by a metal arch spanning the roadway anchored by flanking stone plinths with stone wings. Hedges are at the ends of the wings and metal gates are in place to close the roadway. The arch reads: "Osawatomie Cemetery"
