"It is located on the banks of the Rhine, and a little south of the city center.
Designed by architects Murphy and Jahn and built from 2000 to 2002 by Werner Sobek Ing., It is 162.5 m high and has 41 floors. It is the tallest skyscraper in Germany outside of Frankfurt am Main.
The current tenant of the building is Deutsche Post. It is equipped with a revolutionary ventilation system in the sense that, instead of being equipped with a central vertical duct, these are ventilation boxes which are installed on each floor, thus limiting air losses. "
