The clock is located on Barlaston Village Hall was installed in June 2012 after the previous clock broke down.
The modern clock has a black surround, white face, black numerals and simplistic hands. It is mounted on the front of the village hall above the door.
"6th December 2011 - It is very good news that Councillor Ian Parry ( our Staffordshire County Councillor) has authorised £1k from his annual Local Community Fund to assist with the replacement of the Village Hall Clock. A design proposal for the clock face will be put to the December meeting of the Parish Council and if this is agreed an order will be placed."

Unfortunately the clock was not working at the time of my visit (Feb 2020).
The Village Hall is a registered charity that is run by a Committee of volunteers.
The hall is available to hire 365 days a year. It offers a large entertainment area, a professional standard maple wood sprung floor, a large and well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a lovely meeting room and plenty of private car parking. They are also licensed for entertainments and to sell alcohol. (
