This location is open 24/7. It opened in early 2019 after the IHOP near UNT closed down, in order for UNT to expand and make the students walk farther if they want to visit an IHOP. The service is excellent. They offer free, secure wi-fi, with the password available from your server, but you'll be hard-pressed to find a place to plug in your gadgets. There are a few around the restaurant, mostly near the corners, so be on the lookout for a white outlet wall plate.
Theoretically, this should be an easy-off, easy-on location, and its being open 24/7 will be good for travelers, but be on the lookout for a four way stop along the service drive, and as you're heading back to I-35, traffic at US 380 can be abysmal during peak hours.
