This is an 8-sided gazebo with two openings. The short walls and square support posts are constructed of masonry. The flooring is concrete and there is no seating. The roof is wood framed with composition shingles. There is just a single step up into the gazebo from ground level.

Engraved into the concrete at one of the openings are the words: "By. Olulla Club / Apr. 20, 1936". We were unable to determine the significance of the Olulla Club. We did see the town of Olulla, Oregon associated with the IOOF, but that may be coincidental.
