Unterhalb des Bergheimer Fischereimuseums liegt ein Altarm der Sieg. Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt daran entlang, und eine Treppe verbindet den Weg mit dem Museumseingang. In der Vegetation zwischen Weg und Gewässer verbergen sich zwei Anker, die offenbar hier zu dekorativen Zwecken aufgestellt worden sind, inzwischen aber schon etwas zugewachsen sind.

Der größere der beiden Anker ist stehend, etwa zwei Meter groß und trägt die Aufschrift "Lux Werft 2010". Er wurde also vermutlich anlässlich der Erweiterung des Museums zur Regionale 2010 aufgestellt. Die Lux Werft befindet sich ganz in der Nähe am Rhein in Niederkassel-Mondorf.

Der kleinere Anker hat keine Aufschrift und liegt im hohen Gras.
Below the fishing museum of Bergheim there is an old arm of the river Sieg. A foot and bike path runs along it, and stairs connect the path to the museum entrance. Two anchors are hidden in the vegetation between the path and the water, which have obviously been set up here for decorative purposes, but have already overgrown a bit.

The larger of the two anchors is standing, about two meters tall and is labeled "Lux Werft 2010". So it was probably set up on the occasion of the expansion of the museum on Regionale 2010. The Lux shipyard is located very close at the Rhine in Niederkassel-Mondorf.

The smaller anchor has no label and lies in the tall grass.
