Quillen, Seavers and Quillen Super Market was a local family owned grocery store in the days before Food Lion and Food City. They were know for having the best steaks in their butcher shop. In later years it was a local hang-out and beer store before it closed.
As for the neon sign, I don't think it works anymore.
