Located at the entrance to the 117 acre BSA camp is the rebuilt archway to the former Camp Seminole, now known as Camp Elmore. Tradition is for scout camps to have massive gateway/archways to signify to youth scouts you are now entering a facility to participate in adventure.
This gateway/archway is constructed on two stone facades covering the posts buried in the ground. Four large carriage lights are attached to the posts. The top beams are carved with the name of the camp, CAMP ELMORE. With the DOWNRITE ENGINEERING SCOUT RESERVATION below it.
Two iron gates are attached to a separate chain link fence providing security.
Type: Gateway
 Subtype: Other
 Location: Downrite Engineering Scout Reservation
