Built in the 'Inter-War' period of 1935, this church was the second built at this location (previously the congregation was housed in Phillip Street, then immediately south of the current location). It was designed by John Reid and Finlay Munro Jr in a Gothic styling in 1933. Much sandstone and woodwork is included. There is a main set of stained leadlight windows behind the elevated pulpit which depict the Lord and many of the disciples.
