Mueller Airport redevelopment into a residential community led to the building of this small park with a fairly large pond.

Not sure how this works but waterfalls at both ends of the pond empty into it. With no place for the water to go they have to be pumping it back out to the small area at each end so it can once again go over the waterfalls back into the pond. I have submitted pictures of the waterfalls at the east end of the pond. That is where the coordinates are located also.
