Smithsonian Art Inventory"A giant twisting loop formed on one side by a large chain, and on the other by a fluid four-sided bar of metal, which twists several times before angling down to join the sculpture's base again. The sculpture is reddish-brown in coloring and is in a rectangular brick base with a pool/fountain between the sculpture's two legs."
There was no water at the base of this sculpture as described.
