This street scene mural is located on the west side of a building that's on the north side of N.E. 23rd St. It is approximately 60 feet long and 15 feet high. There is no artist signature that I could find.

Scenes depicted on this outdoor art include:

Lake scene: one man is throwing a frisbee, one man is sitting on a bench patting his dog, another man is playing golf, and a woman is sitting on a picnic blanket. A utility tower can be seen in the background, as well as birds, clouds, and trees.

Park sign: 4th St. Washington Park is written on a sign. The words Drug Store are written on a red wall behind the sign.

Theater: Jewel Theater is written on the marquee above the main entrance. A blue entrance is at the center, with a man and woman and bike standing in front of it. Several panels are painted with art work.

Apple Truck: A man is selling apples to a young boy. He is next to a blue truck, with a red and white awning above them. A green field is the backdrop of this scene.
