Robert wed Annie Wakefield, 24 Feb 1897, Collin County, Texas, and to this union two sons were born. Connie M. and Ross Albert Munger.

Robert married a third time to Juenitta Eveline "Juetta" Mayberry, Find A Grave Memorial# 38149169, some time after 1900, possibly Louisiana. To this union three sons were born. Vester Winton, Odonnell and Temple Berry Munger.
