The North Rood Bridge Park Trail Head to the Rock Creek Trail is about 430 feet outside the park boundary on SE River Road in Hillsboro, Oregon. There doesn't appear to be any legal public parking near this trailhead but directly across River Road is undeveloped land where I am guessing the Rock Creek trail from the north will eventually connect to this trailhead. I used the off-street parking inside Rood Bridge Park to access this trailhead. The Coordinates are set at the trailhead sign. Note that the top of the trailhead sign is South. Rood Bridge park is located at 4000 SE Rood Bridge Rd Hillsboro, Oregon and is open dawn to dusk every day.
From the park website: "This 59 acre community park provides a vast range of recreation opportunities for visitors. Paved paths lead the way through the different developed and natural areas of the park. Soft-surface paths lead further into wetland and wooded areas around the Tualatin River. Benches and picnic tables can be found throughout the park. The playground, tennis courts, rhododendron garden, several ponds and large lawn areas provide a wide range of options for play and relaxation. The park can be accessed on the west side for parking and also off of SE River Road on the north side of the park. Accessible restrooms and several drinking fountains are available."
