2Ton Tattoo Gallery and Piercings is a business in Kingsport, Tennessee. I've not done business here or know anything about the place other than I like the paint on the building. I did go inside, they seemed busy. I got a quote on a "We the People" tattoo, they seem pricey compared to other places in town.
