Smithsonian Art Inventory"Two dolphins are dancing vertically upright on their tails on waves.
The sculpture was originally installed in a fountain in Galveston's Central Plaza at 22nd. When Central Plaza was opened to traffic the fountain was destroyed and the sculpture was moved to the Seaport Museum."
