The Harold Eastman Memorial Rose Garden Park is located in north east Hillsboro, Oregon at 620 NE Jackson School Road. There is no off-street parking, but parking is permitted on NW Jackson School Road. The park is triangular in shape and can be accessed from all three sides. The mosaic named "Rose Garden" was placed in 2015, is dedicated to Stan Zajdel and is 13 square feet in size. The coordinates are set to the mosaic location which is a permanent exhibition. This park is open dawn to dusk.

From the Park Webpage: "Commissioned by the Hillsboro Parks and Recreation Department and Sandy Zajdel in memory of Stan Zajdel. Stan was an avid gardener and supporter of the Eastman Rose Garden. Sandy worked with the Tualatin Valley Rose Society, a local organization that volunteers time to maintain the roses, to find a fitting memorial to Stan. His passion was red hybrid tea roses, so the artist designed the mosaic with a red rose in full bloom, with two buds alongside. The background was inspired by the trellis and bench designs found in the garden.
