County of lands: Cooper County
Location of public lands: MO-M (Old US-40) & Lamine River, [north and parrillel to I-70], 3 miles E. of MO-K, Cooper County
Size" 36.6 Acres

6 camp sites, free...often used by people traveling on Interstate 70, so about half full on week-ends.
Down side of campsites, is I-70 traffic noise...Large parking, and turning area for boat trailers...

Site mainly used by fishermen. Available here are Channel Catfish, Bluegill, Large Mouth Bass, and Flathead Catfish (often called locally Goushon, and called Bullhead Catfish in parts of the south)

Contrary to Wikipedia listing, this is in Cooper County, not Boone County

Number of tent spaces: Four or more

Access to Campsite: car or boat

Special Features:

Lamine River, fishing mainly, but swimming is not forbidden...

Camp sites can be for car and tent, or multiple tents. or even RV's.
BUt, no running water and no electricity.

The is a bathroom facility.
