The Bluestem Amphitheater is home to Trollwood Performing Arts School, they put on a musical every summer. The amphitheater has show starting in May and running through October, with artists running from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, to Kenny Rogers, to Bonnie Raitt, to Pat Benatar, to Tony Bennet.
This is an open air venue and the overhead roof was designed to cover the stage and not the audience. Weather can often be unpredictable and each event at Bluestem Amphitheater will go on rain or shine. During lightning or tornadic activity announcements will be made from the stage with information. There is a building large enough to shelter the audience a few hundred feet from the amphitheater. Be sure to check the latest weather information the day of the show. This will help you to dress appropriately.
