Channing Heights Park is located at 6300 SW Valley Ave, Beaverton, Oregon. There is no off-street parking but ample parking along SW Valley Ave. The park is accessible east of SW Valley Ave, south of SW Allen Blvd and west of SW Erickson Avenue. The coordinates are set to the playground. This park is open dawn to dusk.

This is a medium sized playground, there is a complicated multi-purposed play structure for older children and small swings and other things for younger children. I noticed slides, bridges, swings, monkey bars and some other equipment that I could not identify. The playground has a wood chip surface and can be accessed from the walking path. There is some shade for the playground during parts of the day.
From the park website: "Three-acre Channing Heights Park is in Beaverton's Highland neighborhood, on SW Valley Avenue south of SW Allen Blvd. (in between Fir Grove Park and Fir Grove Elementary). It is also accessible from SW Erickson Avenue. The park consists of basketball courts, grassy lawns, a paved walking path, and picnic tables. A new playground, featuring several climbing features and a swing set, was installed at Channing Heights Park in 2010."
