EN: This simple wooden cross made of two round beams is located behind the bench at a viewpoint south of the hamlet of Nessel between Belalp and Birgisch.
The view to the valley floor, which is about 1300 meters below, is breathtaking. The extreme simplicity of the cross fits well here.
DE: Dieses einfache Holzkreuz aus zwei Rundbalken befindet sich hiter der Sitzbank bei einem Aussichtspunkt südlich des Weilers Nessel zwischen Belalp und Birgisch.
Die Aussicht auf den Talgrund, der etwa 1300 Meter tiefer liegt ist atemberaubend. Die extreme Schlichtheit des Kreuzes passt gut dazu.
