This station connects the small city of Hue in central Vietnam to all points north and south. The station is located near the city centre and is on the east side of the tracks. It looks to be a station of some years.
At the time of my vist (January 2020) the station was being renovated and could not be visited. Off to the side was a building being used as a ticket office and waiting area. Passengers now enter and exit via the side station passages.
Outside the station are small shops and transport services (taxies and motorbikes).
