In a closed area of the Kalemegdan park in front of the Belgrade Fortress a dinosaur park called "Jura Avantura" (Jura Adventure) was set up. There are big dinosaurs like T-Rex, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Dimetrodon etc., but also some smaller species.
The dinosaur park is opened from April to December. Some of the statues are moving and some make some noise. The entrance fee for adults is 350 Serbian dinar (around US$ 3.30) and 250 Serbian dinar ( around US$ 2.20) for children.
If one doesn't have enough time to enter the dinosaur park or doesn't want to spend money on it, there are enough opportunities to see several of the dinosaurs on the way to the Belgrade Fortress from above.
