The highly polished black marble headstone tablet stands vertically at the western end of a very light-blue, blue, and dark blue tile-topped grave with aged sawn sandstone slab surrounds. There is a black and white cameo photo placed at the top line of the tablet. Peter's parents are buried immediately to the left, with his younger brother on the far side of the four similar graves. The white inscription of this headstone reads:
