FR A Aix en Provence, la Rue Manuel et la rue Emeric Davic se sépare à partir de la place Miollis et proposent une forme triangulaire à un bâtiment.
Ce bâtiment n'a pas de nom particulier, c'est un immeuble de logements appartenant à des particuliers.
Difficile de dire de quant il date mais cela fait au moins un siècle que l'on peut le voir.
