This memorial garden in Quartzsite is maintained by local RV Parks. I highly recommend reading this story below from Celia's parents, explaining why she was truly a miracle baby!

Celia's Garden has many memorials placed by loved ones, and it's worth a walk-thru to see them as well as the miniature town Adamsville created by Babe and Babs Adams.
