Mosaic is at the back entrance to the building. In is on the wall to the right of the entrance.

Mosaic depicts St. Anthony (for whom San Antonio was named). Inside a blue frame is St. Anthony seated in front of a desk with a small child on his lap. The child has lilies in his hand. Two birds fly above the heads of St. Anthony and the child.
