CITY ELEMENT je vynikajícím architektonickým dílem díky své objemové a tvarové kompozici, a volbe materiálu a barev.

Objekt je pudorysne ve tvaru písmene L se zastrešením plochou strechou. Fasáda má okna clenená v souvislosti s vnitrními dispozicemi jednotlivých podlaží okolo celého objektu s architektonickým výrazem vertikální kompozice. Prosklená stena atria objektu je tvorena atraktivní Zig-Zag fasádou. Tvarové usporádání hmoty objektu umožnuje vytvorení terasy, obklopené dekorativní vegetací. Koncept otevreného atria usiluje o docílení dokonalého využití prostoru, nabízejícího uživatelum maximum komfortu a flexibility.
