This is a two-story red brick building in the Italianate Commercial style. Each of the two storefront is covered with a metal awning, which covers the original clerestory. The second level has eight single windows which are currently boarded. They have stone sills and brick arched lintels. The upper wall is decorated with numerous raised brick details. The roof line has stone coping and a raised parapet with a stone panel reading "1903". This building was constructed when the town was but two years old.
The occupancy at 410 appears to be vacant and consists of a newer brick facade with a single entrance and small window. The occupancy at 412 has a newer brick facade with a single entry door flanked by half-wall display windows. It is currently occupied as Farris Financial.
