George Otten Park is located at 17161 NW Emerald Canyon Drive Beaverton, Oregon. There is no off-street parking but ample parking along NW Emerald Canyon Drive. The park is accessible from NW Laidlaw Road and NW Emerald Canyon Drive. The coordinates were taken at the center of the basketball court. This park is open dawn to dusk.
Note that this location has one full sized basketball court which is in good condition. The playing surface is mostly smooth but there are some filled in cracks, the nets are in good condition, there is no striping. The coordinates were taken at the center of the basketball court. Note to potential users: Under Surface Quality below, please disregard my selection "Poor, No Lines, Potholes and weeds". There is no selection for "Good Surface with No Lines" nor is there a selection for "Other" where I could type in a more accurate description.
From the park website: "George W. Otten Park is a one-acre park in the Sunset West neighborhood, at the intersection of NW Laidlaw Road and NW Emerald Canyon Drive. The park includes a basketball court, grassy lawn, picnic benches, and a covered picnic gazebo. The 2008 bond measure provided funds to install two new swing sets, one for young children next to the existing playground structure, and the other for older kids near the covered picnic gazebo."
