The museum exposition in the Jesuit seminary presents to the public a broad spectrum of exhibits compiled from several expositions since 1927. One of the most noteworthy exhibits is named Krýzovy Jeslicky, i.e., Krýza’s Crèche or Nativity, which is the largest artisan mechanical nativity scene in the world, listed as such in the Guinness Book of Records since 1998.

Muzeum Jindrichohradecka uchovává ve své sbírce pres 50 tisíc položek, což predstavuje více než 100 tisíc sbírkových predmetu mimorádné historické, umelecké a dokumentacní hodnoty. Výjimecné jsou predevším Krýzovy jeslicky, nejvetší lidový mechanický betlém na svete, ojedinelá kolekce prevážne gotických plastik a unikátní soubor malovaných ostrostreleckých tercu a tercových zbraní. Pro návštevníky jsou pripraveny expozice cechu a hodin, knižní kultury, meštanské a lidové kultury 19. století, archeologie, církevních památek, historii lékárenství v Jindrichove Hradci a sín Emy Destinové.
