Le bâtiment original a été construit entre 1922 et 1923 selon les plans des architectes Dolor Cardinal et Napoléon Beauchamp.
À l'origine, il s'agissait de l'église catholique romain Sainte-Herménegilde. Cette église a été fermée par la diocese en 2004 et ses registres ont été transferés à la paroisse Notre-Dame-des-Victoires. Plus tard, l'église a été achetée par L'Église Adventiste du Septième Jour - Fédération du Québec.

This French-speaking Seventh-day Adventist church is located on rue La Fontaine in the borough of Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve in Montreal, Quebec.
The original building was built between 1922 and 1923 according to the plans of the architects Dolor Cardinal and Napoléon Beauchamp.
Originally, it was the Roman Catholic Church of Sainte-Herménegilde. This church was closed by the diocese in 2004 and its registers were transferred to the parish of Notre-Dame-des-Victoires. The church was later purchased by The Seventh-day Adventist Church - Quebec Federation.
