I originally thought this was somehow connected to Yaga's Cafe which is on The Strand. Then I realized it was missing the "apostrophe and the letter s."

Twin concrete planters or bunkers or barriers at a parking lot located between an automotive garage and a pool supply company.
Both are made up of broken colorful ceramic tile with an "upside down" wave pattern. The work "YAGA" is in black about center of the structure.
