The building at 113 W Church St is a contributing building in the Weatherford Downtown Historic District. Today, it is home to The Popcorn Corner, a neat little sweet shop with some really addictive popcorn.

Unfortunately, other than noting this one as contributing to the district, the National Register's Registration Form doesn't do much in the way of describing this or many of the other such contributors. Tenants over time have included a service station, a tire shop, and even an art gallery. The façade is brick, with a support column on the northwest corner that rises a little higher than the sloped parapets and the rest of the building. Obviously, the angled entry bay was designed to pull a car through from Church or Houston Streets. The modern entry door is at the center, flanked by three single pane bay windows on each side, obviously there to show off something, and above those bay windows are interesting square windows with wooden muntins. The interior is fairly unmodified at this point, with plenty of space that suggests "former show room", and the tin ceiling is intact, probably original to the building.
