DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1970 AT MIAMI BEACH. AT MIAMI BEACH, IN A SMALL CITY PARK BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE AND DREXEL AVENUE, ON THE GROUNDS OF THE MIAMI BEACH CITY HALL, SET IN THE TOP OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE CONCRETE BASE FOR THE AMERICAN LEGION MEMORIAL, 64.5 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH CURB LINE OF 11 TH STREET, 75.4 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE CITY HALL, 28 FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF WASHINGTON AVENUE, 2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND AND 2 1/2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE AVENUE.
