The District is bordered roughly by Jefferson and Washington Street and the 200 to 500 blocks of S. Main. There are 105 properties in the District, 68 of which are Contributing.

Three buildings within the District are listed separately on the National Register: The Carnegie Public Library, the Old City Hall and the Kiowa County Courthouse.
