The tower is painted white, with "ROFF" in black and "TIGERS" in orange on the sides facing east and west. It is easily located, visible for some miles when traveling the Chickasaw Turnpike. As Geocaching.com's data sheet doesn't provide much in the way of a description, a 12/30/2019 datasheet query at ngs.noaa.gov (with a few minor edits) provides some information:
