CZ: 2055 Dvorák je planetka nacházející se v hlavním pásu asteroidu. Objevil ji ceský astronom Luboš Kohoutek 19. února 1974. Byla pojmenována podle ceského hudebního skladatele Antonína Dvoráka. Kolem Slunce obehne jednou za 3,51 let.

Antonín Dvorák (1841 - 1904), author of 9 symphonies (the best known is the 9th Symphony, called New World Symphony) and 10 operas, which, thanks to their talent, diligence and perseverance, achieved significant artistic achievements not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe and especially in the United States where he became director of the National Conservatory in New York (1892-1895). He is one of the most important composers of all time and the world's most played Czech composer.

EN: 2055 Dvorák is asteroid found in the main asteroid belt. It was discovered by Czech astronomer Luboš Kohoutek on February 19, 1974. It was named after Czech composer Antonín Dvorák. It orbits the Sun once every 3.51 years.
