Cerný Most je povrchovou stanicí s bocními nástupišti (jediná tohoto typu na trase B). Každé nástupište má délku 100,5 m a šírku 5 m. Stanice byla otevrena 8.11.1998 a od té doby slouží jako konecná stanice linky B. Za stanicí se nacházejí už jen 4 odstavné a obratové koleje, kde se nyní soupravy už jen obrací a pres noc i odstavují. Dríve se tu navíc provádely menší opravy souprav metra. Obestavený prostor metra je 134 914 m³. Ze stanice je možný prestup na mestskou a prímestskou dopravu. Vstup i výstup ze stanice je bezbariérový. Tato stanice byla vybrána jako první na instalaci a testování nájezdových ramp pro invalidní vozíky (nachází se v úrovni prvních dverí soupravy, 1. + 2. kolej).
