Capo Peloro Lighthouse (It. Faro di Capo Peloro) is an active lighthouse on the most north and east point in Sicily on the Strait of Messina. It is located in the shadow of the famous Pylon of Messina.

A lighthouse a was first built on the Sicilian side of the Strait of Messina in 1853 and rebuilt in 1884. it was heavily damaged in the 1908 earthquake Subsequently it was restored but the height was shortened from 138' to the current 121' high. The lighthouse uses a OR D4 lens with type LD3 lamp rated at 1000 W.
The octagon tower is painted with black and white bands. The lantern emits 2 green flashed every 10 seconds. A balcony surrounds the lantern. The lighthouse is now completely automated and operated by the Italian Coast Guard. Marina Militare with the identification code number 2736 E.F.
