[DE] Der Planetenweg wurde durch die Stadt Bad Lippspringe und die Planetariumsgesellschaft Ostwestfalen-Lippe e. V. erstellt. Auf dem Rundweg erreicht man Pluto als den entferntesten Planeten nach 6 km. Damit sind die Entfernungen nicht über die Luftlinie zur Sonne, sondern über die zurückgelegte Wegstrecke modelliert.

Die Station mit Erde und Mond befindet sich in 150 m Entfernung von der Sonne, die sich im Arminiuspark befindet und einen Durchmesser von 1,40 m aufweist. Unter einer Kuppel sind Erde und Mond im passenden Größenverhältnis zu sehen. Eine Tafel in unmittelbarer Nähe informiert über wesentliche Daten zu den Planeten.
