A zinc spire mounted on two zinc plinths and a concrete pad. The lower plinth is sheathed in sheet metal, the second plinth contains the family name MOFFATT on one side. The spire includes inset plaques with a memorial to a family member on each side. The spire is topped with a flame. The headstone is about 9 feet high.
Two of the plaques appear to be added later and the quality of the zinc and lettering is not the same as the earlier two for the parents.
