About the sign.
The sign can be spotted on the northern side of the building and is therefor rather well protected agains weather conditions and direct sunlight.
The ghost sign, over 100 years old, is made of two parts. The part on top with te text:
Cooperatie Vooruit U.A. ,flanked by 2 logos
seems te be refurbished, but I don't have clear indormation about that (perhaps it was just good quality paint en therefore well preserved...)
The part at the bottom seems to consist of 2 text parts...

About yhe building
"On Korevaarstraat 30-30a there is a striking and characteristic building - the old bread factory Ceres - in the city, better known as" The Vooruit "after the cooperative that moved in there in 1931 and was active in the building until 1966.
In 1894, W. C. Mulder designed the left part of the complex in Neo-Renaissance style. The extension of the right-hand part dates from 1910. The building contractor was the Broodfabriek Ceres. From 1931 to 1966 the bread factory of the Arbeiders Coöperatie 'Vooruit' was established here. A bakery, consumer cooperative and the sick and insurance fund were located here. "
