The Off-Leash area is between the football oval and the stadium. As the smaller sign below the many restrictions shown for the Taplin Park states, "Dogs are permitted off-leash in the western end of Taplin Park (near Thompson Street) before 9am and after 5pm." There were a few dogs and their masters/mistresses on the oval, and the animals were well behaved. Not sure how many had walked there, but there is adequate parking nearby.
