Cashew vegan restaurant is located off of Market Street, north of the Tennessee River. It is part of a building with many other restaurants and retail stores. There is a fee for parking in this lot, with pay stations located nearby.
Cashew's menu includes burgers, subs, salads, sides, and desserts baked daily. There is no meat, eggs, or dairy in any of the dishes or baked goods that they prepare here. The dining area is really nice, with an option for take-out at the front counter. A nice display of their bakery items is at the counter where you enter the restaurant.
